10 Minute (Healthy) Dessert!

Lets get real. Eating healthy when you are constantly on the go, the temptation to grab a quick bag of chips, poptarts, candy bars, etc. is so real. And if you work at a company like mine, there is never any shortage of sugary treats in the kitchen or break room! Now, I am all for enjoying life and all the yummy treats it has to offer (um chocolate, hello), but eating healthy and making good choices is key to feeling good and looking great too! If you want a quick and delicious recipe you can have as a snack and curb that sweet tooth, then this is the blog post for you!

Ladies, meet the three ingredient, delicious, oatmeal cookie. Here’s what you will need:

1. 2 ripe bananas
2. 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
3. 1 cup of oatmeal

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 and coat a baking sheet with spray, to prevent the cookies from sticking.
2. Mash up the bananas completely, then add the peanut butter and oatmeal.
3. Mix well then place mix on baking sheet in individual cookies.
4. Heat for 10-15 minutes
5. ENJOY!

This recipe is uhmazing, and one of my absolute favorite dessert replacements. Healthy, all natural, and a feel good treat! Happy eating 🙂
